I got the call too when our plane was delayed.  SW is great!

I received this call at 10pm, it sounded fake, the woman asked if I had purchased SW tickets today. She said she was the fraud dept. I was alarmed because for one its 10pm, for two, I'm wondering if my cc has been stolen & the caller was phishing. I called the number back aft speaking with the lady & the same lady aanswers the phone, now I'm extremely worried so I call SW cust svc, the lady there took my info & the number that called, she checked & assured me it was in fact fraud protection reaching out to make sure no one else had stolen my card. Whew! Exhale, relief! Thanks SW! Thats why I'm a loyal customer!
