Promise 4000dollars n grant money then persuades u to alter truth to get grants tell u to say u r going to school even f u don't want to sating its a personal grant smells like a scam

Total scammer.  Guy said he was from the "U.S. Departments of Finances" and then later said he was with Education.  I asked him what his scam was and he got very defensive and nasty.  "So what kind of scamming are I doing miss? Did I ever said anything about you scamming?"  Whatever.  He hung up after a while.

We keep recovering calls from this number. As early as 7am. They call up to, 6 times a day. They do not leave any messages. And each time I am able to talk to someone, I tell them to stop calling and remove me from their calling list. They just keep calling.

Blocked after the first few calls. Still showing up as calling me 5-6 times a day for over a week now. When you return call, it says Verizon customer isn't set up to answer (ie they've blocked incoming calls)

They called all day yesterday, many calls and have called twice today, so far. I don't answer anymore and they don't leave a message.

I get called from this number several times a day, every day. I haven't picked up on this number specifically but I was receiving the same "grants" speech, as someone said above, from a number in D.C. I assumed these were the same people so I haven't answered. These calls are unwanted and highly annoying. Don't pick up from this number.

Calls constantly have told them to stop left voice mail this morning can tell it's a call center and the person was speaking in foreign language. When I called Verizon told me it has been disconnected.

Said that I could get a $4,000 grant, asked me if I was an American Citizen and than I hung up

He call saying he was from us department of finanze and that I got elected to receive 4000k that I would never have to give back, I told him to call tomm and speak with my husband than I blocked the the number he was calling from on my phone

They keep calling and no one speaks
