    Another penny on the dollar, debt collection company.
    Their dial out number (number you see on your Caller ID is 215-600-2012 (Philadelphia PA). They leave a long message asking you to call back to an 800 number (800-403-7807) and they request you give them an 6 to 10 digit reference number that they left on your answering service/machine. No other references.
    -Totally annoying and obnoxious twits, probably getting less than minimum wage and NO  bennies T.F.B. -
    The new twist call-out on local Cellular numbers, and leave an 800 number for call-back.
