Got a call from this number. no one on the line.

This was a robo call to my cell which is on the DNC list. I didn't get to the phone in time to answer, so I called the number back 215-647-0347. I got a foreign accent guy in a very loud call center. I asked him for the name of his company and he said Home Protection Technology. I had to ask a couple times for that name. He than hung up on me before I could tell him to not call this number again. Got to be some kind of scam since he didn't stay on the line with me.

Yeah Im on the list too.  They kerp calling.

I AM GETTING BOMBARDED these last few days with these thieves calling, most of them are the same, the credit card, home security and IRS scammers are all tied in together in india, there just not going to stop, i need to change my number, i keep adding to blocked and they change there number the next day, government needs to stop VOIP, what is voip used legally for?  Nothing!

I keep getting calls from an area code of 213-215.

Call came through to my direct line at work.  I answered with our standard greeting and how may I help you and then after two seconds of no sound came a  blureep sound and a female robo voice - for home security systems- I did not say anything, just kept quiet. Then the robo voice responded, sorry are you still there? and disconnected.

they call every hour, several times a day    I guess modern conveniences aren't so convenient after all.   I create a special ring tone for the people I know,   the rest I ignore.  I tried blocking the number but they detect that and change the calling number

they have called  lots of times  although we made it clear we did not want to be contacted. this last time  they switched tactics from selling home security to giving out gift-cards

they're probably being sent calls from a "lead generation" service that robo calls verified numbers, filters them for a live answers (press one if....) then forwards the call to telescammer customers who have puchased the service from them.  They're just re-using your number because it went through once.  Whoever answers probably has no idea what number has been called and probably won't even deliver whatever they're offering if you give them a debit card number.  You will never be able to contact them since the number ID is spoofed and you'll never see whatever money they remove from your account again either.

Not a salesman; robocall from a scam artist company.  It's a phishing scam.

Scammers attempting to prey on older Americans.

The last couple of days I have been bombarded with calls from this number as well as from area code 213-699-0154.  I haven't answered any of them (I don't answer ANY calls from numbers I don't know) but they call 4 times each with an hour between each call.  Internet search says they are selling home security systems. If I had just bought a house I would blame the realtor or lender from selling my number but I've lived in my home 32 years!  Do these idiots really think that if I didn't answer the first time or the second time, that I would pick up on the third, fourth, or fifth call???  I currently have 72 numbers blocked on my phone from telemarketers!!!!

Was waken up from this caller at a  Home Security system, when asked to be removed my number from their calling system, they said all their customers say this and hung up. I am also on Do Not Call Registry for both home and cell phone which does not seem to deter them. At least the FBI has arrested the Income Tax fraud callers, so at least I am not getting those calls anymore. Hope they get these guys.

Scammer collecting for the police institution of America… Total BS blocked

The old LifeLock Scammer call, called the number some guy comes on with a heavy Pakistani accent you can hear lots of noise in the background phone room no doubt after I got this message below. Total Scammer…..
