Caller claiming to offer rebate from electric company.

American  power & gas trying to get me to switch providers.

Got the same person. When I answered the call he asked for accounts payable and said he was Tony with AP&G (which I had trouble understanding) and it was "about an existing line of service."  When I questioned him about the company because was having trouble making out the name and couldn't recall doing business with anyone like that, he became rude and patronizing, telling me that "he'd told me 3x that he's Tony with AP&G and he understands I'm just trying to do my job but I should put him through to accounts payable." I replied that I was just trying to help but didn't understand what he was saying and needed a bit more information. He then hung up. Unfortunately for him, he didn't realize that he was speaking to the business owner when he became patronizing and rude. On top of the fact that his approach was deceptive, he lost any chance for our business.
