Caller ID read WIRELESS CALLER.  Robocaller voice said if you've not missed a DP&L payment in the last 6 months you're eligible for a 15% discount on your bills.  Press 1 to talk to an agent.

There was no company name given and no one is giving a 15% discount just to be nice.  Suspected criminal scam spam.

Questionable call. 15% Discount by DP&L for making payment when due. Sounds like BS especially since area code is Cleveland Not Dayton.

Left no message. Didn't answer.

Called and didn't leave a message.  I'm blocking them.

Called 2:04pm on April 17, 2018. Didn't leave a VM.

Just got one, went to vm, no msg left.

called my landline.  no message left.

I stayed on the line did not say any thing or press 1. It disconnects if you don't press #1. I called it back to tell them not to bother me again : got recorded message: the number or code you dialed is incorrect. Message 7 switch 372. hangs up. I blocked the number.
This is a SCAM and dishonest call, a way to get information. Or to sell electricity via " Wireless Caller" ??

Didn't answer, no message. And I don't even live in DP&L's service area. Blocking.

Completely bogus call.  Starts with American sounding female recording....press 1 to talk to agent about discount on electric bill.  Curious to see if pressing 1 would connect me to an Indian guy, and sure enough it did!  He said his name was Shawn.  I said "your name is NOT Shawn" and he said "OK" and disconnected.  Number now blocked.

They keep calling and calling and calling.  I answer and it’s a recording telling me because I paid my DP&L bill on time I’m eligible for a discount.  Press 1.....yeah right...I’m not pressing anything !   Please put these fakers in their place !!!!!

Get 4-5 calls per day from this caller.  I never answer and they never leave a message.  Very annoying.  Anything I can do about this? Phone Co. said I could block #, but caller would find another way/number to use to contact me.

Another scam call from "alternate power companies" trying to get your information. You can tell that it is used for multiple power companies (by the way the name is spliced in) but does not tell who they represent. This has been going on since Ohio deregulated the utilities years ago with many different variations. Any power company that wants me to give them my personal information but wont give me theirs screams scam/fraud to me and I won't give it to them. I am in AEP area so that was the name they spliced in.
