This guy called my mother's cell phone 4/6/16 about some on-the-phone interview. He said he was calling for her, he didn't say her first name right, but he got her last name right. He had no accent, so we assumed he was from here. The call was said to be from Cleveland, Ohio. We discovered a left message 4/7/16. He said his name was Steve, he said his last name too, but the audio was a little messed up (that noise where you say certain words and there's that high-pitched sound) so we didn't understand what he said it was. He said that the appointment for the interview was going to be at 9 am on 4/15/16. Then he said to call Christine Engelman at 1-866-431-5025. Then he said the extension numbers for Christine and himself. Then a "Rhonda" calls 4/12/16, she also said her last name, and we didn't understand it also because of the audio. She called to follow up on some assisting program. She said she could be reached at that same 1-866 number. Then a robot claiming to be Social Security called from 910-497-1400 on 4/14/15. This call was said to be from Dallas, Texas. The robot called about the appointment, to confirm it or reschedule, and to remind of it. If to do either thing, it said to call 1-800-772-1213. If nothing is done, someone from Social Security will call on 4/15. Then it was 4/15. Nobody called! Exactly what I was expecting!

This company is called Human Ark. They help people apply for SSI benefits.

It's a legit number for a company called human arc. They help with filing claims and scheduling appts for social security, usually through your medical insurance company. I deal with them and they have helped me big time.

Keep in mind, just because a number is legit, doesn't mean the caller is!

Scammers spoof legitimate numbers to trick people into a false sense of security to answer their calls and attempt to get money or personal information from you.
This is why no one will encourage others to report of legitimate numbers, as they only confuse people into believing it is a legit call when a scammer has called them and they come here to find out about the call.

If it is a legitimate call, then anyone receiving a call would know WHY they got a call from this number, right?
So what would be a reason to come and post about it to a site designed to share information about UNKNOWN callers, such as Telemarketers, Scammers and Debt Collectors?

If your call was legit,  telling about it won't  be any comfort to those who may get a spoofed call from some scammer!

I just got off the phone with someone from the number.  He works with a company called human Arch.  We have caresource and they contacted human Arc to help me with filing for SSI for my son.  Its a free service as long asci stay with CareSource.  He said if we ever decide to chsnge insurance companies and my son is approved for SSI we will have to pay 25‰ of his back pay to them.

Well that sure sounds like a scam to me.
