I NEVER call any of these numbers, they have phone service bundles which allow them to trap every incoming call from every number... even if you have your number blocked.  Once they get a phone number, the harrassment never stops!  Do NOT call this 888-903-6262 number!  The collection agency probably posted this number themselves.  Thanks, but no thanks, Ms Sabrina Williams.

Received this call asking for my mother. They said that my name was on the account as well and I said no, I have no business here. They then said I had to verify by giving my DOB and address, which I did (stupidly) then they asked for my mother's DOB and address. I stopped and said that I was uncomfortable giving out information on the telephone and I needed all of this in writing. She said they had sent me things repeatedly (they have not - ever) and never heard back from me. I told her to send whatever it was, if they sent it today I should get it by Monday, and I would be happy to send back whatever forms they need in order to prove that I have no business with them. She repeatedly refused, saying that they had sent me items over and over. No, they have not!! I don't even know what this is about and she wouldn't tell me. Finally she agreed to mail me the forms that I needed so long as I took down her phone number and name.

I got a call from this number, and when I called back, it came as a non working number.

Calls from this number are not necessarily bad. I just received one from a gentleman I spoke to at BofA two months ago as a follow-up to the conversation we had then. We discussed changing my payment amounts each month starting in September and he was nice enough to call me to set this change up so the payment is changed on September 1st.
