Scammer. Do not answer or call them back. The told us they were calling from 'our power company' about the note we sent in with our last payment.  We pay online and have not sent them any messages. Also they would have said the name of our power company if they would have been real (Seattle City Light) not your power company.

Just had the same call about our power rates changing.

Someone named Brian left a message on my office line. He said he was from "The Electric Company." If they were calling from our local electric supplier, they would at least have an area code from around here. This is a scam (as others on here noted). STOP CALLING ME!

Caller left message that he was returning our call about an error on our electric bill. That is a total lie. There was no error, and he is not with our electric company.

Call from a young-sounding girl from "our power company" about a "note" that came with "our recent payment". Asked for a call back at this number. Didn't actually name our power company.

Called my work, left a voicemail. Said his name is Chris. Said a flag came up on my account, and that my electric company has been over charging us and to call back at (216)609-1930. The scams are getting worse.. and they are now using Americans calling Americans which makes it feel more legit. LOOK FOR RED FLAGS yourself. Like things that don't sound professional, didn't say your name or the company they are from. And if you have no attachment to a company they mention, ignore that too! It's probably made up.

I received a call from this number, 216-609-1930. They said they were from my electric company responding to my call about an overcharge to my acct. I was to return his call at 866-991-9350.
Never even said my Electric Companies name.

Our business received a call from this number. A gentlemen (I use the term loosely) said he was returning a call about the over charges on our last electric bill & to call him back at 866-991-9350 so we can get it fixed. He didn't leave a name or the name of the electric company. The number on our caller ID was 216-609-1930 which is a Cleveland, OH number. I googled the 866# and found that people had received similar messages. SCAM!

Left message that he (no name) was returning my call (I never called) about over charges on my electric bill and call him back to get it straightened out at 866-991-9350. Never identifies, whom he is calling or electric company. I am not so old or stupid that I would call them back, purely a scam!!!

Answered call, no one there. This is 4 times today

Twice so far today, this time I get "The person at extension......" and I hang up
