I received two calls on 3 June from this number.  The first time I was on another call and had to switch over to answer the phone.  When I took the new call, no one answered so I hung up.  The second call I received from 216-744-1198 was around 6 p.m. and a very rude man asked to speak to my husband.  I asked his name and he refused to give it to me and when I inquired what the phone call was about he refused to answer.  His manner was extremely abrupt and rude.  When I told him my husband was not home, he abruptly hung up.  Checking AFCA in google, I only found American Football, I seriously doubt American Football would call my husband.  Sincerely, Leigh

afca 216-744-1198  the man who called claimed to be a charity for african children with aids....the man on the phone was a meanie.  i told him the person he was looking for did not live here.  i could be misinformed, but i recall gw bush gave $2 Billion in 2005, and $40 Billion in 2008.  money runs like sand through an hour glass these days.....hope they don't call back.....he said he would :(

I received a phone call from that number but didn't answer and they left no message.  However, I was able to trace it to a land-line number in Cleveland, OH.  They wanted me to pay to find out the name and address but I don't care enough to find out that it's just some scam agency.  I don't plan on answering if/when they call back.  Everyone wants my money but no one ever calls to give me any (unless it's just another scam of curse)!!

Just went back through caller ID, they've called 6/17, 6/15, 6/12, and 6/9.  I've never answered yet, but am getting to the point where I'm going to have to or something!  They usually hang up on the machine, but once it was really staticky and I think someone said "Hello" once then hung up.  Weird.

You will hear a recording stating that your credit card is up to date and that you owe nothing. You are asked to push 1 to lower the interest card. I fell for it the first time. Nothing happened. I called my credit card Co. and my bank to see if the call came from them. I was told it is a scam!!!

Calling my business repeatedly.  They are annoying. Try to call  back and no answer

I just got back from a 2 week vacation to find 7 calls from this phone # on my caller ID & answering machine.  The "message" on the answering machine is nothing but static.  The calls were made on 6/11, 6/15, 6/16, 6/17, 6/18, 6/20 & 6/23 (usually in the evening).  When I tried calling the # back today, all I got was a very fast busy signal.  I so hope this stops... I won't tolerate them harassing me.
