    Call came in this morning from this number.  Didn't bother to answer because we figured it was a scam call.  Googled the number they had a list of numbers from 216-744-1940 through to 1957 that are all classified Scam... Fraudulent callers.

    Called this afternoon while I was waiting for a call, so I answered.  No one spoke for several seconds, but it sounded to me like a boiler room background.  Then a foreign sounding female voice said, "Hello, I'm calling to alert you . . . ." which is where I hung up.

    I see this on my caller ID a lot.  Did not answer. Blocked call based on the info here.  Sometimes I will answer calls like this and ask them to call me back on another number, then give them the phone number of the FBI.

    MY TURN 2 PLAY WITH THEM
    When I see numbers such as these, sometimes I feel the urge to waste their time. In this case I only wasted about 5 minutes of their time because nature called me loudly. Though when I have time I will walk with the scammer (usually accented persons) hand in hand through numerous scenarios wasting as much time as it takes for them to become frustrated and hang up on me! It is Saturday afternoon and the Bill Engvall video was paused :) Today was 5 minutes where they were prevented from scamming some poor unsuspecting elderly person
