Called and claimed to be Anthem Blue Cross / Blue Shield offering enrollment in a back pain program. Called sus number back, could not get connected with a person. Recording says "you have reached inc. specialty house".

Received a call, a real person left a message saying their name was “frank” and were from Anthem and wanted to talk about some program. He knew my first and last name. He gave me a number to call him back on and when i googled it an article from Anthem came up saying that scammers have been targeting BCBS members. So be aware that this is going on.
