Called and no message called back and it's a robotic voice wanting some company to clean your AC conditioning system. I'd say scam

I called they say press 9 and leave your name and number and they will process a do not call request

Called my cell phone, they are unknown to me.  Mine is an unlisted cell.  I wonder how they are generating their numbers, off some list provided by a bank or bank call centre.  I only ever gave my number out to TD Bank and now I am getting all kinds of telemarketers and survey callers.  I guess an employee of TD bank has sold the list of it's clients phone numbers.
