Caller claimed he was a Level 7 technician from Microsoft.  I told him that I knew he was calling to tell me my computer was virused and he was going to show me all those terrible processes and then tell me how to fix them.  He promptly told I was completely wrong. Rather my computer was sending out messages to his computer and he was calling to tell me what to do. We finally got around to his script.  But when I couldn't follow his directions on what to type. he hung up on me.

Left no message, keeps calling. Blocked the number, its a scam!!
