Transcript: Hello this is Rachel at card holder services calling in reference to your current credit card accounts there are no problems currently with your account it is urgent that you contact us concerning your eligibility for lowering your interest rate to as little as 6.9 percent your eligibility expires shortly so please consider this your final notice please press the number 1 on your phone now to speak with a live operator and lower your interest rate or press the number 3 to discontinue further notices Thank you have a great day.

Got same call around middle of the day and they left no message; blocked it.

It's the 'cardholder services' scam again, with the 'Rachel' recording pitching as usual to confirm the SCAM.

Received call on landline. Caller ID “Alden, MI “ left no message. Blocked caller.

Don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize and they didn't leave message. SCAMMER!

CID said Michigan Call. Rachel and the gang of credit card scammers.

Numerous calls from this number, sometimes it says Helena, MI and other times its from another area in Michigan.  States its about "your visa card services" and lowering your interest rate.  Number has been blocked and declined each time they call and never answered.
