Credit card phishing scam.
Caller plays a recorded message offering a lower credit card payment on your Visa/Mastercard  (Yes, both cards).   If you press "1" to speak with a human it's a man with an India accent.   If you ask to be placed on the "do not call list", he changes the subject and the call drops mid sentence.   This is a sneaky legal tactic to provide plausible deniability so they can claim that the phone call dropped mysteriously so they can claim they have a valid reason for not adding your number to the do not call list.

Just called. No message. Makes three unwanted calls from scam telemarketers in as many days. Great--I'm back on the "list."

📞 This number, with MICHIGAN CALL as the caller name, called my fax line while I was away. The caller didn't leave a message. Based on previous posts, I believe I didn't miss an important call.

This is a number from Helena, MI that comes up as “Michigan call”, but is just a prerecorded message to lower CC interest rates.  See the other comments. Definitely worth blocking.
