    Rec'd call today 11:15 am, so I answered.  His English was so horrible, I couldn't understand one word that he said except Hello.  I put him on speaker phone and still couldn't understand him.   UUUGGGHHH, I really wanted to mess with him, but he hung up on me when I kept asking him to repeat himself because I couldn't understand him.
