Received a call from this number, caller spoke foreign language and hung up. I did not understand the woman caller.

I got a call from this number also. Did not answer but it looks like telemarketers calling cellphone. bad news

Got a recorded message from this number regarding an auto warranty expiration postcard. I never received a postcard and they didn't specify the make or model of the vehicle. I pressed 1 to speak with an agent and she immediately began trying to get my information. I hung up. This isn't legit, is it?

Yes they are legit.  These people are offering great buys on out of warranty cars.  After I verified my social security number and birthday, Carlos stated he would throw in an extra 3 months for free.  Not bad for a little info.

Yeah, right, and give 'em your credit card too and your first born child while you're at it. It's pretty obvious that you work for them. Anybody with half a brain knows not to give out personal info. over the phone and also knows that these half baked so call warranty companies go out out business within months, taking your money with them. Nice try.

What is your problem? Sometimes you have to supply this info to received a deal. By the way, I did not give them a credit card number, they siad they would bill me.

I live in Edmonton Alberta, Canada and I received a call from this number.  It was an automated message saying that someone from Target, JC Penny or Wal-Mart entered my name into a draw to win $2600.00 towards an all-inclusive vacation to Cancun...WOW....I'm so lucky!!!  The options were to press 1 to talk to an agent..or press 3 to delcine the offer...not sure what would have happened if I pressed 2...I added the number to the long list of blocked numbers on my phone.

I got free Tv for a month....then i hung up, it wasnt even the right number for my cable company

You are full of it.  These people have been calling me for months and they ONLY want credit card info.  They sometimes are car warranty and sometimes to lower credit balances.  They claim your warranty is about to expire, though they don't have any info on your car.  They will not give you the name of their company.  Sometimes they hang up when you ask and sometimes they give a fake number.  Always the same recording.  Always a run around and they refuse to stop calling.  We've been messing with them for a while.  Look up this kind of scam.  They always charge way too much and do not actually pay up.
