Number called 3 Times, tried to look up number to confirm if is actual Canada Revenue Agency personnel (Sara was name left on VM), cannot confirm thus far. Person spoke with no accent but couldn't be verified as CRA agent.

Late August 2022. Sarah claiming to be from CRA called from "Vancouver Island Tax Services" and left a voice mail. Cannot verify either this number or this agency is part of CRA.thus far. Possible scam. Her tone was not very professional, overly cheerful, she sounded possibly drunk or inebriated, her call was at 8pm PST which is also odd.

Same experience. I've left a post here as well. Same name and number.

same number with the same name. Not sure if it's a scram and won't call back to her.

I received this call too. But I do know that CRA won't call. Instead, they will send a mail or an email but won't contact us by telephone.
