I have received several calls from this number and a million/billion others from the same company. This is Portfolio Recovery Associates a.k.a. PRA Group. Please take 5 seconds and do a Google search on them, or search this site. They are the #1 lying, cheating, law-breaking, illegal scumbag collection agency out there. Never, I repeat NEVER give them any information or even speak to them. If at all possible, do not answer their calls, though they are calling from 1,000,000,000 different numbers. Believe me, it's difficult to do because they have, or will buy phone numbers in your local area to try and trick you into answering their calls. I screen all calls from unknown numbers using my voicemail - the age old trick of waiting to see who's voice comes out of the answering machine.  :)  I should add that PRA will never leave a voicemail.

Yes, we know odie.  You have this thing where you think every call is from them and it isn't.  Most likely you are a huge deadbeat which is why you get so many calls from debt collectors.  Go troll elsewhere since at least 90% of your post is pure garbage.

Simply not true.  Anderj101 is correct.  Portfolio uses thousands of different numbers trying to get people to answer the phone.  I know.  I used to work there. Doesn't matter if he/she owes debts.  The fact remains the post is correct.
