Claiming to lower your mortgage robo call

Caller ID shows "NEXTIVA".  Called several times and left no message.  I called back and "SARAH JORDAN" answered (she sounds like a robot but she is not).  Wants to refinance my mortgage, I said not interested and asked nicely to be taken on their call list - she actually laughed at me - and has proceeded to call my number 16 times in the past two days and just hangs up.  I have contacted the Sheriff's Department and they have opened an investigation.

NEXTIVA Mortgage Refinance promo / scheme - my number is being traded around lately and I'm blocking all of them.  My mortgage has been paid off for years.

You know, I think "Nextiva" is just the name of the telemarketing equipment. I got a call from a lady today selling auto warranties. ALL that stuff is a DNC Violation!! Only charities and politicians are exempt (and THEY shouldn't be, Either.) I will report them. You See, I pick up the phone whenever I can, and waste a few minutes of their time. If we ALL did that-they'd go BROKE.
With Robocalls, they can make Hay on a 1% response rate.

i get calls everyday at lease 5 call. noone ever says anything

Received the same calls too and the same person.  I have asked her to stop calling my number but the calls continue to come in.

Calls 10 times at least every day! Never leaves message or answers

When this number first started calling me it was a woman robot selling Auto insurance. I asked on many different occasions to STOP CALLING. Then the text messages piled in from the same number about education grants. Says reply "STOP TO SMS". Yet then the messages can not be sent.
Now for the last few weeks, I receive at least 6 calls a day from this number about lowering my mortgage. HEY idiots, I am a renter.
And then this happened just tonight. I was on the phone with a friend. Number kept calling in, SO, I ANSWERED. When I switch back to my friend he asks me " WHY IS THAT WOMAN SCREAMING OBSCENITIES AT YOU?".
I simply said there was no one on the other line when I switched over. He actually proceeded to argue. And the same number interrupted our call in 1/2 hr time another 6-7 times. My phone carrier will not block this number either for some reason. Good luck everyone.
