Its a scam for a law firm that does not exist. Man said his name was Porter Findley with Weinberg, miller and assoc in Michigan. No such company listed and this number is a spoof number. DO NOT ANSWER THESE CALLS THEY WILL TRY TO TURN YOU INTO THEIR VICTIM...

Scam!!! Number doesn't exist...man called looking for someone else told me I was used as a reference. He tried to convince me the person he was looking for was in serious trouble for fraudulent acts and I needed to help them if I was their friend. The person he was looking for did not do what he insisted. I looked up his name he doesn't exist, neither does the company he says he was calling from. SCAM!!!

This  Porter Findley with Weinberg, miller and assoc keeps calling me at work and harassing me at work and its becoming a problem at work. I need it to stop calling me at this number 949-764-1464

I am currently a victim of this call as well from this "law firm" they keep telling me they work for the state! And that ill get arrested and stuff. They called me from a different number (248-242-5861) but for the same place Weinberg and miller associates!!

Received call from (301) 476-4689 stating that they were with Weinberg, Miller & Associates regarding fraud investigation, however they could not provide any specific information I requested.   They threatened to issue a warrant for my arrest.  I provided them my lawyers number and haven't received a phone call since.

They tried me too, they called from 204 233 0550 and left threatening message then left a different number 614 450 1464 and told me his name was ross Matthews from pre trial convictions. Called number they told me they were Weinberg miller and associates. SCAM

The SCUM has apparently bought a new magic jack, new # folks 614-423-6761, this also comes up on caller ID as Fraud Unit LMAO!!!!! They are STILL rude, ignorant of ANY law, and REALLY.....just a WASTE of human flesh!!!! They also "claim" they are from a place called Weinberg Miler and Associate. FUNNY I researched this name on Goggle and it exists NO WHERE.....WHAT A SHOCK LOL!!!! NOT surprisingly these people are INCREDIBLY ignorant and insulting, NO LEGITIMATE Company WOULD speak to people in the insulting manner in which these DIM WITS do!!!! NO LEGITIMATE problem with the law is going to CALL you 1st to begin with either, REGARDLESS of what it is!!! But had a GOOD time tying up there phone line for about an hour HEHEHEHEHE!!!!

These lovely people, Rebecca Scott specifically, have been calling and threatening me with jail time over a payday loan that I paid back years ago. I asked them to send me a formal written demand and they said they would not, they would only see me in court. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT REBECCA!

I received a few calls from "Investigations" stating they are from Weinberg Miller & Associates and that I had taken out a payday loan in Sept of 2011 and wrote a check that was not honored so I'm being charged with check fraud. (The check was from a bank that I have never had an account with) They have also sent me emails trying to get money from me which I reported those. The phone number I have for them is 803-223-7880

My wife got a call from Wineburg Miller and Assoc. saying she owed $103.00 on a payday loan from back in 2010. I called them and they seemed very formal and legitimate. They gave me all of the information I needed on her account (which is illegal) and I have the call recorded. (I checked the states laws first and it is legal to record calls in Arkansas as long as you are a party to the conversation). They told me that she owes $1,127.23 but they are willing to settle out of court for $688.96. My wife then called them and started questioning them about the debt and they starting saying things like I should never have married her because her first husband left her for a reason and she is not good enough to marry and that she is hiding something so she needs to pay up.

This is obviously a scam and the number she received the call from is 614-423-6761 Just be careful and do not fall in this trap.

Received a call from first cal burgess from 203-936-6460 who left a message stating call him back at 614-423'6761. The person who answered was charles walker stating i need yo pay for a payday from a bank and its now check fraud. Said that if i didnt pay i would have a warrant for my arrest. Stupid [***]. I knew it was a scam. I called right back and said my attorney was on the line and i needed their contact jnfo to weinberg miller and assoc. And a was given a p.o. box address. Then i was supposedly transferred to the lead investigator Jessica moore. This [***] was so dumb and illiterate it was ridiculous.  Totally a scam!!!!

So I received a call from Ralph Matthews today.  The caller id was 301-476-4689; however, the call back number was 614-450-1464.  Funny thing is that when they called me last time the name was Carl Burgess.  Same guy just a different name.  I will be blocking this number as well.

I got the same story, that there had been a formal suit filed against me, and if they did not hear from either me or my attorney that a warrant would be issued.  Funny how that is exactly what they said last time, and I am still here.

Got the same phone call they said they were from Weinberg and Miller and when I said I was recording the line they hung up on me such a SCAM

Now they are calling out of Atlanta and FL. USING THE USING THE COMPANY INVESTIGATION AT A 1770406 6735 number and a PO box 7162 Atlanta GA 300038  Weinberg and Miller Ass need to be warn that someone is using their name to scam if there is no such attorney business

Got a call from Miller and associates (866) 279-0841 saying I owed a jewelry debt from 2005 for almost $2000 and that I needed to pay it. While I was on the phone I had a blocked ID phone call come in from somebody else saying that they were trying to serve me papers at the exact time I was on the phone with the other guy. I told him I was going to conference that meant to get to the bottom of it and they hung up.  Then I called Miller and associates back and a rude guy got on the phone and started making threatening comments and statements and treating me like a deadbeat. I explained the debt was not mine and I had no knowledge of it and that I don't know anybody any money anywhere. Then he said he was going to be running a hard inquiry on my credit as we were speaking without my permission . Then got rude and hung up on me and called back five minutes later and said by the way your significant other that he referred to by name and your child you just had or both going to be affected by this and hung up on me again.
