Scammers - Represent themselves as fast cash usa, which is an advertising and locating service, not a lender.  Caller has a thick accent but says his name is Anthony or Daniel Smith.  Goes through a big talk about how they are so legit, then asks you to go to CVS or western union and send them 10% of the loan to prove that you are "financially capable."  We all know how that turns out!  Also calls me from 916-259-9419

Told me I was able to get a loan. I had to put 10% down. Had me go to walgreens and put $200.00 on a money pack. When I did this, they then told me I had to pay an additional $221.00 before my money would be released due to a hold. When I asked to get my money back they told me I could only get it by going through with the program. They would put the money in my account after I paid the additional fee.

And do you want to know why scammers stay in business? Look in a mirror!

Advance-fee personal loans are NOT legal in the US. They want money up front? They're FRAUDS!  Always!  No exceptions! EVER!
