📞 This number, having MICHIGAN CALL as the caller name, called my home phone today. I didn't catch the operator's name, but she claimed to be calling from Portable Insights to ask me questions about the upcoming election. I informed her that I don't participate in surveys, and I asked to put on her DNC list. She said OK and hung up.

Portable Insights seems to be a Marketing and Opinion Research Services firm based out of Rhode Island. Their web site lists automated political robocalls as one of their specialties 🙄.

CID = "Unknown".  Our call blockers rejected the call, so I don't know what they wanted.  If, as stated by another poster, they are a "survey" (aka marketing) company, I don't want to talk to them anyway.  I suspect that most surveys are just another means of gathering marketing data to be sold to others, resulting in me getting even more phone calls.
