Received a text from this number saying it was from a Memphis Radiology group.. instructing me to click the link to pay my bill or to call the 1-800-657-2514.. to speak to someone about my bill.. complete fraud.

As was explained in the other thread that you posted in that link goes to a valid payment website.  Since you are simply assuming that this is fraud and you are not going to pay the bill I have to wonder what you are going to do when your credit gets dinged and you are turned over to a debt collector?

Same deal here yvette , and BigA it's a hell of a lot easier to clear a debt than a fraudster with your SSN.  Thinkabout it!  Why would you give a stray text your information when you don't know what the bill is precisely for?

It doesn't ask for your SSN.  It asks for your last name and DOB which are both public record.  How are you going to clear the debt if you don't want to go to where you need to in order to pay it?  How can you not know what the bill is for if it comes from that Radiology Practice?  It is either for X rays, MRI, or CT or possibly some other procedure that you had and is most likely their bill for reading the results of the test.

They have to send you a paper bill, not just a text. So far I have received only a text from this number, and its from a differently named company.

Where did you get that idea from?  Are you quoting a law?  If so please cite said law.  Did you bother to read the paperwork that you signed granting them permission to treat you?  How do you know that it is actually a different company or that this isn't simply a billing company used by many different medical practices?

Got a text from this number wanting me to call them to pay my bill.  Scam.

Got a text message saying i have an unpaid balance. They say they are from West Coast Radiology.

I got a text from this same number claiming to be a radiology company from Louisiana so it’s definitely a scam.

How would that mean that it is "definitely a scam"?

I just got one to, complete fraud, I have never used there services

Received a text to my work phone # (which I never give out) saying I had an unpaid radiology bill. Total BS as I haven’t had any procedures and why are they contacting me on a # I don’t give out ?

I received a text from this number saying that Jackson Radiology Assoc was reaching out to me about a bill.  The website was a click2pay website.  I knew that we would owe from some x-rays that we had, but since I don't click on links on the phone, I went into my desktop which is more secure and entered the entire link.  It was the valid click2pay website, however when it could not verify my bill, it worried me.  I then called Jackson Radiology from the local number provided on line, and asked about it. (I should have done this first). I was relieved when hey confirmed that they do, send texts and that the 248 number is legit.  They also said that the paper bill would come in about 2 weeks, after my insurance has had an opportunity to pay their part.  This very well could have been a fraud text. Anyone should always call the provider, first, to confirm any texts.

I got a text from a number with a link for a radiolgy bill. I haven't had any x-rays, cts or mris done. I called my local Radioligist and they had no record if it.
