I answered after two rings but got an answering machine. No idea who called.

I picked up the phone but did not speak. Received no message. I am sure this number called once before and I did speak and received a recorded message. Have forgotten what the message was.

Picked up but no one there. Hung up.

This number calls my home every single day, but never leaves a message.

How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?  Google (or your favorite search engine) is your friend.

left a msg,, man laughing , talking about hair shampoo, sounded like was being stupid

Received call at business looking for "man or lady" of household. When I said this was a business they apologized and said they had the wrong number.
