Getting numerous calls per day never leave a msg. I refuse to answer unknown callers especially if no msg is left

This number calls all day and night... Says its from Vernon BC.  Amother number calls same situation but from Victoria BC
I've blocked them already and now new numbers

This number has called me repeatedly never leaves a message for me, but I  found out on the internet that it's Money Mart.

MoneyMart collections, coming out of Victoria. They have your number on an automated dialler and can call you maximum one time per day. They will not leave messages because the intention is that eventually you will pick up...

Got a message saying it was a person from the Conservative party and wanting support for the next election. Don’t know if it’s true based off of what I read
