This phone keep calling but no message and when incall back is automated no contact

Keep calling me still I never answered they are very suspicious 🤨

Keep muting the call when I answer and I can hear someone breathing on the other end.

Called back to back. No voice male. Just says from Victoria bc first call as called id and then province of bc

called with no label (no name), i didn't answer. called again a few minutes later, now it says Victoria along with the number. Lady asked for me, said she was from the ministry of social development. asked to confirm a few things. asked for my bday. she asked for my address, it felt fishy at this time (i'd already googled and seen this page), so i purposely gave her an old one. she said that's not correct. i said well i've moved four times in the past year, i don't know which one you would have. are we talking (current city)? she said this is why we're verifying... she asked what type of assistance i applied for. i said financial. she snorted and angrily said no what TYPE. i said i dont know, financial. she asked for my email address and i hung up.

I got a call Dec 13, 2023, a man VM asked to call back this number regarding a Camry ticket, I don’t even have any Camry car, blocked it.

This number keeps calling me and leaving a message saying their name is Sarah and she needs to speak with Crystal. I’m guessing she knows my name from my answering machine?? I haven’t talked to them on the phone yet but the number comes up province of bc but on the voicemail she leaves me a number that starts with 236.

Called me. Didnt leave a message. Scam. Scam. Scam.

Called me I answered and they hung up immediately. I previously had 37 minute convo with them. No sure who it is.

This number called me yesterday,   I didn't pick it up ,  it's called From Province of BC

I am not sure what is this about.

Person was very rude on the phone refused to give me her name and refused to acknowledge that verbal consent is still consent.
