College locator service wanting to place you into continuing education.  The calls appear to be robotic despite having an apparent "real" person ("Hello my name is......).  I doubt this is somebody with a pulse.  

Your responses trigger what sounds like a pre-set decision-tree series of voice clips asking what you want to study if you were to continue your education.  They also dangle bait that you may qualify for one of their series of assistance programs.

The tell-tale is that the call terminated from the other end and in the middle of one of the voice loops when I said I did not need any additional education.  I already have more degrees than a thermometer.

Scam?  You tell me.....

Calls as if on redial back to back. No message,  super annoying!
