new unknown, no msg

"Chris" from "the handicap center" called at 9:45am.  Knew my name.

They Called me up and said my name, and just hung-up??? Called at 10:30a.m.

No message; just an unrecognized number in our missed calls that said "SHS" and this phone number; dialed it to see what they'd say when answering but it switched over after 3 rings & I hung up

As soon as I pick up they hang up!  Very annoying!

When called back using *67, a fax picks up.

No message left, caller now blocked

Received a call but left no message.

Caller said she was handicap center in Mobile AL.  When I told her to remove my number from call list, she politely replied that she would.

They call me once a year selling items packaged by the handicapped. Very nice people. Been buying from them for years.

I answered a robo call on my cell phone and it said something about being eligible to reduce student loan debt.  It asked me to press 1 to talk to someone or press 2 to be removed.  I pressed 1 to find out what company is calling but it said the call volume was too high and to leave my name and number.  Pffffttttt.  I think Premier Credit (the holder of many delinquent student loans) sold some telephone numbers and this is the result.  I've paid off my student loan, but I'm sure my number is still in their system.

Call from this number.  Came up on CID as SHS.  I  did not answer &  they left no message.

Called at 8:09 a.m.!  Caller ID said SHS.  i have a call blocker, so it did not get through.  Love my blocker!!!

No message, blocked.

Knew my name kind of (mispronounced). Said was from the handicapped center. I disconnected.

Crooks called at 7:43 a.m.  Caller ID was SHS. Blocked.

Call received 8:17 am. CID displayed MetroCall Inc. We do not pick up unknown calls. Didn't leave a message either.

They are from Southern Handicapped association ( I believe it's called). They sell some staff that was made by legally blind people. At least that's what  I was told . I was buying from them items once a year for a long time- kind of to help them...
