    I also had this number (251-219-8743) text me in response to wanting to buy and item I had listed on Craigslist.  They FedEx'd me a fraudulent check three times the amount of the item, asked me to cash it and then wire transfer them the left-over.  Clearly a fraud so I contacted the company on the check (who confirmed it is a fraud and not the first time they've gotten one of these calls) and I called the company listed on the FedEx as they used their account to send me the check.  So yes FRAUD coming from this phone number.
