Have no idea who this is. It is a text from 209-393-3704 and they are using my maiden name which I have not gone by in over 15 years!! No ID as to who they exactly are so I say SCAM!

Got a call stating there is a complaint and they would be serving legal documents call to discuss.

Got a call from Joseph Moore law firm about unpaid loan from EZ Money in 2015. Correspondences were sent to my old address, however, I had a mail forward so it would've been forwarded to my new address. The rep told me that with arbitration the amount is in the thousands, but was unable to tell the debt collector prior to arbitration. They had old phone numbers and current email on file and said they would send copy of the correspondence for my records, but have yet to receive an emailed letter.

Got two automated calls to inform me that is my official notification.  I have been placed on their schedule go be served court filled.  I will be served at either my place of residence or  place of employ.  And will need to provide my signature and two forms of identification.  If I have any questions or would like to place a stop action on this service, I will need to contact my filing At 251-240-6660

Scam. same as others stated. I have 24 hours to call them back or they’ll serve me. Claiming to be Sullivan and Schwartz associates. Called from an Alabama area code, (251), told me to call back to 843-968-4623, which according to google belongs to a Savannah brooks in South Carolina.

I got a voicemail saying that this is the official notification that I have been placed on the schedule to be serviced either at my place of employment or place of residence and at that time a signature and 2 forms of identification will need to be presented for questions to or to place a stop action press 1 to connect to an operator or contact filing party at 251-240-6660. They called me from 504-230-0342.

SCAM alert! Called and threated to be placed on schedule to serve court filed documents. Stated they were coming to my residence or place of employment and I needed to provide two forms of ID.

Phone call with caller ID 832-793-6034 and instruction in voice mail to call back 251-240-6660 in the call back, conversation culminated with an e-mail. This looks like it could be a very competent social engineering fraud informed by a data breach because I did not volunteer any information but they had alot of details on me that I had to continuously respond with dispute and non-acceptance while taking notes on their information: Sullivan and Schwartz Associates representing Synchrony Bank on a JC Penney card collection.

I’m unaware of anything I have in collection I’m not sure who these .scammers are BUT IT NEEDS TO STOP.
