It was a text message sent to myself and my husband, with his name in the text message. Said we needed to call an 8** number to get an extension for the listed case number in the text

I received a text message with my name in it statutory this was a final notice and that documents had been sent and needed to be signed and returned by a certain date.

Received text about Robert Dettman court papers. Have been scammed by dettman before

Both my father and I received text messages from this number with my name claiming that documents have been reissued. There was a case# and an 866 number to call by 1/13/2025

Received a text saying it was a "non-compliant notice" and to "review & return documents issued to property re case# by 2/4/2025" with a link to the case documents

This is a scammer. Too many inconsistencies. Claim to be "LMS associates" based out of California, but have an Alabama area code. Asked them why they are contacting my mother about a property on the other side of the US and he couldn't answer but kept insisting I give a file number or social security number. Which I did not. Transferred me to the voicemail of an "associate" named Mike Eppstein. Mike Eppstein and LMS Associates "civil law firm" don't even exist, and especially not in California. Read the text thoroughly. Too much broken English, and every time they have texted, it's a different number to call and a different date deadline. BEWARE! THIS IS A SCAM!

Forward unwanted spam/scam texts to 7726 (SPAM) and let your phone service provider deal with them.
That number was set up by the phone companies to combat spam/scam texts and they can shutdown offending phone numbers.
Never reply with "STOP", scammers will not honor the request (they have no honor to begin with) and it only verifies that they have texted to a valid number with a person who reads their texts.  It will not STOP the texts and may actually make them more frequent.
Never click on a link in such a text as it may cause malware to be inserted on your phone, and even if it does not, just as with replying "STOP" the scammers will know they reached a valid number.
Do not repost any links included in the text message to public sites such as this one.  It may subject others to malware if they click on it or, in some cases, it may reveal personal information posted on the target site of the link.

i called the number and it went to a car lot in el paso texas .witch is also funny that they had a adress for me that i was IN LIKE 20 YEARS AGO. but i did not call the auctual number the text came from 4450 as the last 4 digits

Did not identify themselves only left an 800 number and a case number to call back.

They wanted me they sent me a text message and wanted me to send him a code from my phone and made me wait online. I think this was a total scam because they pretended to be a law office from Court and when I called Court they said they don’t send text messages.

Text stating important documents undeliverable. Another one stating; notice of action against- stated my home address. I called and they are saying they're going to sue me over a debt that was over 18 yrs old

Received multiple texts from this number all saying things like “AMANDA **** Attempt completed March 10 ****AVE Documents undeliverable. Contact 877-271-3097 Case ****

Keep texting my mom's and my phones saying need to fix civil matter or issuing a warrant.. all for my 68 year old mom who has never been in trouble ever and always pays her bills. Luckily my mother is very smart and don't give any kind of info up to anyone over phone or text. They also keep asking for adress so they can deliver very important paperwork.
