I am in Florida and received a message to call 1-253-216-0664. When I called, the company name is Inichuan and they claimed they do not have an address since they work underground to find tax evaders, but they are in Kent, Washington. I spoke with two men with heavy accents from India who claimed they were trying to recover funds for the IRS and if not successful, there would be a warrant from the IRS for my arrest for tax evasion. They said the IRS would be looking for penalties of between $75,000 to $200,000 and that they could attach my property, bank accounts, etc. I thought it was funny that they would not ask for my social security number before starting and when I started questioning them one of them got pretty frustrated and started screaming and finally screamed since I was not cooperating, that they would turn the case back to the IRS so they would issue a warrant for my arrest immediately. Sounds like a scam all the way. How can this be reported to the authorities? These guys should be arrested so they don't scare and steal from innocent victims. They are calling across state lines so it is should be a federal case.

Got a call from a computer voice saying it was iRS and I was under arrest

Same thign happened to me. I just signed up for retirement benefits and I got this call. Annoying.

Scam - IRS filing a lawsuit

The phone call was to tell me that they were from the IRS and that I owed back taxes and they were going to have a warrant for my arrest if I do not pay $3000 I irs does not contact you like that nor do they demand money like that they send you a letter

I got a recorded call from 253-216-0664 saying that the IRS had issued 2 warrants for my arrest and they were watching me and my assets. It sounded very ominous. The recorded lady said I needed to call her back, implying she could help me.

This is very definitely "phishing". It is a scare tactic to get me to either pay her to "save" me or they want my social security number etc. to steal my identity.

If I did have a problem with the IRS they would notify me in writing and give me time to fix the problem.  I have never heard of the IRS issuing arrest warrants.

If you get one of these calls - don't call them back - call the police.

Just got to work got a call from Kent WA. Arrest warrant from IRS !! Funny, IRS don't arrest people and don't call , wake people !!! The IRS are too busy to call anyone let alone spend time and money to arrest you

Left nasty message saying myself and my property were being watched and I should call back right away.  Was an automated female voice message.  Obviously a scam.

Automated female voice telling me an arrest warrant on me and is monitoring my property and person.
