Have receive calls from this number twice in two days.   they call my cell phone and no message .  

I received a call from 253-216-3022.  Caller id said 'Kent WA'.   I never answer calls from numbers I don't know and no message was left, but I did search for the number and found this page.   It's rarely a good sign when the first search result for a number is 800notes.com...

I've received several calls from this number.  Noise in the background.  Someone slow to speak.  I hang up.

Calls from this number at least three times a day.  Always uses a different name, sometimes male, sometimes a female.  Always the same, saying:  calling from the US Medical Dept and tells me that I have had a major surgery recently and that I qualify for help with my medical bills.

this number keeps calling my cell and when try to call it back to see who keeps calling me number is no longer in service but keeps calling me regardless

This is a discussion forum where one can report or describe suspicious or unknown phone calls, but reporting them here does not stop the calling.  YOU have to take action to do that!  (google is your friend).  Consider buying a call blocker from your favorite store if nothing else works.

I had an opportunity to speak to a person (gentleman with an Indian accent) a couple of times, and requested to be removed off their call list.  Obviously was not honored now when I answer I get hung up on when answering call.
