They have computers dialing random numbers, if you answer or voice mail does. It hangs up and stores the number, then later someone calls you.

got a call today, i didn't answer it. when i tried to call back it said the number was disconnected. shady, wouldn't answer.

I agree the same. Don't use words you can't spell, pronounce, or use in a context sentence if you don't know the true meaning of it.

This number called several/endless amount of times and doesn't answer typically. The only time they actually had someone talk, they're trying to sell me electronic cigarettes.

This is a scam you guys. Just report the number to your cellphone service provider, and ask them to block it permanently to not go through to your phone line - not even for a chance for it to go through and ring. Or, add the number to your contact list, "block" by adding that scammers number and have your cell phone to send to voicemail.

Recorded message, robo call from a war dialer to a cell phone. Selling "E-cigarettes".

Was reported as Do Not Call violation within the hour.

I received a call from them on my cell phone  Did not answer.  I called back on my home phone got a disconnect message.
I do not know how they got my cell phone number.  Very disturbing and annoying.

Just got a call from this number a bit ago (7:52 PST) August 25, 2014. I didn't get a chance to answer the call.  When I called it back, it said this number is disconnected, even though they just called me and I doubt the phone company works this late disconnecting phone numbers. Weird. They never left a message either.

mobile phone rang and stupid recording started about "does I or someone in my family smoke".  I hung up.  Tried dialing from my house phone and a recording came on saying the number had been disconnected.

Just figured it was a bogus call since my ex is giving scammers my email and home phone so thought his childishness has gone to my mobile, too.  I check unknown numbers on internet like this one whenever one appears!
