Automated message. Another "irs" call.

"IRS Fraud Dept." - It's a scam. A recording threatens that a warrant will be issued if you don't call them back. I called back just for giggles and a gentleman with a thick foreign accent calling himself "Officer Johnson" cussed me, hung up on me and blocked my number from calling back when I asked what kind of scam this is.

Leaves robotic message statinga warrent has been issued and is watching my property.

Is this number a scam? 253-248-4692. Said he was the IRS. How do I block it?

The IRS will not call you. They send letters via US Mail. The IRS won't ask you to pay in i-Tunes cards. The IRS will not wish you "good luck as the situation unfolds". Trust yourself and your instincts - do not let a bully intimidate you with threats that are nothing but hot air. This is a SCAM. Do not answer calls you don't know and never call them back.

It is the IRS scam stating that they have an arrest warrant on me and they will be watching and monitoring me if I don't call them back. Did not call because the IRS would never call our home.

Warrant ordered threat

I just received the same robotic automated call.  Same story.....a warrant has been issued. I am being monitored.......

I got a voice mail and called them back and was told i had a warrant for my arrest.  Told me that the police are coming to get me. I know that the IRS will not call I told him the police were coming for him and he hung up on me.

Left a voicemail that read "Hey, important that I do hear back from you as soon as possible before we proceed with further legal action.  My direct call back number is 253-248-4692.  Again, the number is 253-248-4692. Thank You".
Hey, at these they were polite at the end of the call, no?   Call said it came from Fife, Washington.  Is that where Barney Fife's kin folk came from?  I live in Florida (the other end of the state) and have never set foot in Washington State and my finances are in order and there is no reason for anybody to be proceeding with legal action against me and if they can, they can send me a certified letter that would be required by the court.  Not an anonymous phone call where the caller doesn't even tell me who they are but threatens me with legal action anonymously.  I received the exact same message from a number out of Pulaski, NY back on April 3rd.  That number was 315-509-0987.  I blocked that number so I guess they have now driven all the way cross-country to Fife, Washington to harass me from a phone out there.

I received a message to call this number,as there was a warrant for my arrest for money owed the IRS and that delay would result in loss of property!

Received 2 garbled robocall voicemails - the only part that was comprehensible was "before we begin repossession proceedings..." Clearly a scam, because I don't have any outstanding loans.

This number called me threatening incarceration because of a debt to the IRS.

TOTAL SCAM ALERT!  i received the same call as the people above mentioned.  This type of scam call is illegal and a nuisance for all who receive it.  NOTHING THEY ARE SAYING IS REAL.
