If this number 2536554348 calls please report it to the FBI or to 8773824357. I argued with the fake people trying to give me money and informed them that I knew it was a scam. They hung up on me so I decided to call them back. They threatened my life and cursed at me. I reported them so hopefully we can stop all of this!

It seems they are now working a new angle. I got a call and answered to an automated voice claimed that I was being investigated by the IRS, and they had tried to contact me via phone several times (it's been almost three months since I received a missed call from someone I don't know). They claimed that this was my last opportunity to try to clear it up, and to call back at the same number.

Rec'd call from this # before 8am.  Was "issued" an IRS threat.  They obviously have various ongoing scams.

Claimed to be the IRS that had been trying to contact me because they're filing suit against me.

Just received recorded msg. that IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and I should call the same number back immediately.  Scam.

This was a new scam for me.  This number called my cellphone at 6:19am today, and left no message.   2 hours later a different 253-area number called my cell and a poorly simulated female robo-voice said  "(blank--no name mentioned) was suing me" and I should call 253-655-4348 for information about the suit.

I got a similar automated scam message just now and about 5 hours ago, when you posted, Dan G. It claimed the IRS was giving us our last warning about a lawsuit against us. Ummmmm, I don't think so. We're all up with our taxes, so it's obviously a big fraud. I hung up both times. Anyone know where we can report this??

We received an anonymous call this morning before 8 am and again at 1:10 pm from this phone number. Both times it was an automated message claiming to be the final IRS warning for a lawsuit it is bringing against us (untrue; we have received no legitimate contact from the IRS and no reason to think we are behind in our taxes), asking me to call the above number immediately. Neither the caller nor intended recipient were named. I hung up both times.

Receiving repeated calls from 253.655.4348 "issuing" a warning from the IRS.  I just returned the call & after ringing numerous times a person with a very heavy accent identified himself as an IRS agent.  I told him that he WASN'T from the IRS; that they had been reported to the FTC; that we were on the "Do Not Call List" & to not bother us again.

Called stating IRS would sue us if we did not call the number offered.

253-655-4348 phoned today at 9:00 am and again at 1:30pm. Robot left a message the first time stating they were the IRS. The second time, I saw the number and hung up the phone before the robot kicked in. The first message stated that this was the IRS's last attempt to contact me and that they were instigating a law suit against me. I was to call the number and , of course, didn't. Instead, I filed two reports with the "Do Not Call" registry. I filed a report with the FTC. And I contacted two local reporters asking them to put something in the local paper to warn other residents about the scam.

It was a so-called emergency message from the IRS.

Two robo calls, this is a scam. Gov.would never contact us this way.

Called with an IRS scam. Computer generated voice saying that I was being sued by the IRS.

I received 2 automated calls from its number staring it was the IRS and I owed money.  I called them back to tell them I was reporting them.

Computer voice called multiple times.  Said the IRS was filing a law suit against me and to call that number.  I'm going to contact the IRS.  Wait till they get the FBI crawling up their ass.

I received call from 253-655-4348, left message saying IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and I needed to call ASAP.

Left message on machine.  Said they were the IRS Filing lawsuit against me.

They said I won money from the grant 7,800 9,000

I received a call from this number stating I was part of a law suit and to call them back. I knew it was a scam right away but called anyway and it just rang. No one ever answered.
