Call about computer, when I asked for my IP address they hung up, foreign accent lots of background noise...

Is this a legimate phone call??

I had a long call,warning me of problems in my computer!  There was an accent,background voices and call got in my computer (my fault) I cut him off saying I was done,would not buy his "protection".I hung up when he promised my computer would"CRACK"(not crash) unless I agreed tp signup!! Now 24 hours later,all is normal! He said he was Windows Security. My fault for not cutting him short!!

Obviously a scam call concerning my computers security. When I said I didn't have a computer he said that I has dialled the wrong number and hung up.

Came up on my call display that and another scam number 1425 998 1533 from WA.  Unless you specifically call for your own personal tech support no one will ever call you ....and if they call you out of the blue it is a scam.  Hangup.

I started putting the caller on and he got very vile very fast describing what he would like to do to my wife, sister, daughter, etc.  I think he covered everything but the dog.  very nasty.

I have been receiving calls from these JOKERS, and they say good bye right after you answer the phone and HANG UP!  The name that comes up on my caller ID is FRAUDSTER.  Nice name for a bunch of douches.

I just received  a call from someone who was very foreign speaking and I could not understand him. It was very noisy in the background.  Told him I wasn't buying and he said why would I say that, so I hung up.  Came up as FRAUDSTER on my phone.
