I did not answer--calls every day---picked up receiver and put it down this time

Found number along with the name - 'Texas' on caller ID.  Call came in 6 pm.

just got a new number today and this person calls I don't have a clue who it is

What is meant by "called back. (required by law)"?

There is no context in which returning a phone call is required by the law in the U.S.

there is no law that requires a call back, there is no law that states that you have to push a number to be removed, in fact that is certainly not recommended.  Further anyone on either DNC lists are required by law to be scrubbed by you prior to dialing out, so in fact you are the one who is required by law to not call.

This time the number shown was 112542943322 with a CID of Not Available. They add the additional 1 in front of their number to get around the block people have placed on their regular number. No message was left and I, certainly, wouldn't call them back. They are just another group of low-life scum who want to separate you from your money.

Called today and i answered (was expecting a call from a hospital) they did not say anything and then hung up.

Received a call from 254-294-3322 from the "Coalition of Police blah-blah-blah". Hung up tried to call ball with static noise answering.  Tired of them using up 30 seconds of my life I can't get back.

I've been getting a ton of these calls with same recoding if you call back. It's looking like a medical supply company trying to bill Medicare for knee braces, back braces and diabetic supplies. The one time they called me and stayed on the phone the person calling me was from India.

I needed to pay my Allstate bill!! They wonted $725.00.
Paid this bill last April!!.

From what other people have posted, seems to be scammers.  Whitepages. com states that this number is a:

Called. Left no message. Number now blocked.
