I answered since it appeared to be a local number but they hung up.

They call, if you answer nothing is said; if you don't answer they won't leave a message, but keep calling

Annoyance. Blocking number.

This guy identified himself to me as the IRS and he wanted my personal information to help straighten all my records and said he was trying to help me when I advised him to call my CPA he told me that I was resisting him and not providing the information necessary and they would take further proceedings against me when I informed him that I'm awfully passed on information where he can obtain my personal information from through my CPA he then informed me that I was violating some statute

I missed this call and they did not leave a message...

They call and leave no message,a name pops up as Connie Kirk,I have a thing on my phone that shows me who they are,They call constantly and don't leave a message

lady with heavy foreign accent said she was calling from Horizon - sounded like that anyway. She wanted to verify ...couldn't understand what she said from there. I told her there is nothing to verify because I don't do business with Horizon or whoever she was calling from, told her that her call is b.s. and a scam, don't call here anymore, then blocked it, and hung up.
