person called in and caller id said INTL gateway and the person sounded oriental and when he was told that i couldn't understand what he was saying and not to call our phone number no more he got angry and started yelling and cursing me out and was being very vulger.

This phone number called me, he also sounded oriental.  He told me I was approved for a Visa credit card with a credit line of $5000.  He sounded like he was very sllloooww.  I told him I was interested.  My credit is crap so I know very well no one would give me a credit card.  I hung up on him before he could say anything else.  Weird thing is the area code is 254 which is the same area code I am in. This is a scam.

This # keeps calling my phone, I did'nt recognize the # so i didnt anwser, after NUMEROUS calls from this # I called back but the operator keeps coming on, unable to reach anyone. WEIRD! This # is from Killeen, Texas... Beware!
