Alien caller asked for an employee by first and last name.  He said he was calling from Service Express -  but later admitted he is calling on behalf of Justin Gordon and is not allowed to answer even the most basic questions - and that his only function is to connect two parties.  I commiserated with him about his nonperformance.

First call of the day and the sad caller hung up right after having asked to speak to an information technology team member.

It's too bad COVID-19 isn't actually dangerous and targeted at people who work in the debt collection business.
