    Person calls acting like a collection agent but is actually trying to make you say yes to scam you!!!!

    Well it does appear to be a collection agency.  Call back gets "Thank you for calling the CBE group.  All calls may be monitored.."  A quick search produces their website indicating a variety of services including, but not limited to, "accounts receivable collection."  The IRS web site indicates that CBE is one of their private agencies used to collect outstanding tax debt.  You can see that here:

    Assuming the number hasn't been spoofed, I can see no reason why the company would be engaging in a "yes" scam.
