Person said name is AJ it's an important business matter. Didn't say where they were calling from.

This number keeps calling me but never leaves a message.

I received a call but no message was left. I called back and an automated system answered the phone stating I had contacted Southwest credit systems. I did not stay on the phone as I have no idea why they would be calling me.

Calls daily from this number as well as 267-443-1087 and 267-443-1057 depending on the day of the week.  Finally answered.  Calling for Rachel Gabriel.  Obviously a collector/creditor of some sort.  Finally spoke to them.  Told them to use Google or the white pages to find her.  Hopefully this stops.

The agent would only give her name (Natalie) and calling from Southwest credit. Would not give any detail abt reason for call until I verified personal info which i would not do. I called the main number 800-637-7439 and again they would not provide any info unless I provide personal info to verify. I refused since I do not have any outstanding debts and she said she would remove my number from call log. I told her to have their client call if they need to collect money from me. Jerks.

This is Comcast Xfinity Collections. They are trying to collect an unpaid balance.

Or - it's a scammer spoofing a legitimate number.
By the way, if you already knew who called you, why did you come to a phone number look-up site?

No, Southwest may be trying,in your case to collect for that company but in reality they area third party debt collector that collects for lots of different companies.  They are also well known for violating every federal and state collection law there is.
