Stop calling my cell phone - I am on the do not call list!

Received a call AT WORK from these idiots claiming to be a "law firm" about to file a law suit against me for a debt I didn't incur.  Collecting for Chase Bank or something like that.  The collector's name was DEBRA PARKER & she totally wigged out when I asked for PROOF of this debt...I basically told this dim-witted broad that if she CAN'T PROVE that I incured this debit (i.e. proof of my signature, receipts, ect) they can't come after me WITHOUT proof.  Thinking about consulting an attorney.

LOL. Same call, same number, same person. It's some type of scam but the scammer is dumber than a rock.

Definitely not a scam. Law firm is based in Philadelphia, PA. They attempt to collect debts for various collection agencies. My experience with them has been completely positive. I owed the debt, I defaulted on the payment.  H H &L was able to set up payment arrangements for me that aligned with my current budget. No complaints here.

Really? It seems to me that googling the phone number would show results of the law firm.  You obviously work for them and you should be prosecuted.

Doubt very much that the 267 443 2667 number is that of the law firm of Hayt, Hayt, Landrau...as ive attempted to ccal thet number and get no answer just busy signal, together with the fact that areal debt colldection law firm would not be threatening a Restraining Order...as their is no such animal!!! SCAM folks beware.

Thanks Walt, I agree completely.  Our friend Celest here on the message board obviously is affiliated with these idiots. I searched the law firm of Hayt, Hayt and Landrau...the firm exists in Miami. Perhaps business is so good that they moved from Philly to Miami.  Hey Celest, what's your address?  I'll send you a bar of soap.

Bill...I believe the Hayt Law Firm does have aPhilly Office...123 S. Broad Street, but number is 215 928 1400. I believe the scammers are identity thieving as well. One thing is for certain, the tactics and misinformation utilized by the 267 number individuals evidences they are not legitimate!

Hi Walt you are correct, I did find the office of the "law firm" in Philly. I googled "hayt hayt and landau philadelphia pa" and the first search result is under Ripoff Report.  I can't seem to find anything legitimate about these people and I agree they are a group of punks

Got a call today from these people. Asking for my mom told them that she is is a nursing home and their reply "we will take her off the call list.... Next I would like to point out is No law office would call you from a wireless number the law firms name would appear on the caller ID. And I know for a fact my mother does not owe and debt... all BS to me.

They just called my number I have had since 2009. They wanted to speak to someone that doesn't have this number anymore but they still told me they were calling from an attorney's office and wanted a number they could reach her on. I just kept saying 'no' and she gave up quick.

I thought it was wierd that an attorney's office would call from a wireless number so I googled it. I am wondering if one of the debt collectors in their office was using their cell so it did not appear to be coming from an attorney's office so i would pick up.

Idiots have no other means of finding people besides innocent peoples message machines? Anyone can give you number to a company. It does not mean it is truely their number...News Fash. You people are not very resourceful and not very smart.
