This is a very shady collection agency. I don't know the name, but they do collection for pay day loans. Years ago I took one out and defaulted. I have since paid it back to two different collection agencies thinking that I was doing the right thing. WRONG! The debt keeps getting sold around even though it's been paid up two fold. And these people are aggressive. They always call three or four times in a row, trying to get you to pick up. They use phone numbers with the same area code as your so that you think it might be someone you know. Then they leave messages in a very forceful manner. It always says the same thing...the nicer messages are a recording saying that you have been named as a person of interest. Other ones tell you that your "account" is going to be affected unless you call back. But the really scary messages are the people who are vaguely acting as though they have something to do with the law system. They say, "This is your FINAL warning!!!" and claim to know your address. Then they imply that they are taking you to court.

I refuse to get mixed up with these people. They are crooks.

Exact same complaint as "Annoyed." He calls himself a locator and threatens he will show up to your workplace. Called all of my family members,scaring them, saying I will be arrested and taken to court.
