    phony police charity scam.  ask for the caller's name, whether they have a website, etc., and they hang up.  same guy's been pulling this scam for years and years.

    Ask if (my wife's first name) was there, asked a second time, when I said yes hung up.  May possibly be a "yes" scam.

    Caller asked for my wife but when I said she is not available he said he was trying to reach either of us. He said he was looking for donations for the "Police and Sheriff Support Alliance PAC". I said I'm  not familiar with the organization and hung up. Looked up the group and it has a minimal website with not much info (shady). Also a lot of negative reviews on the BBB site.
