Got up this am and saw missed call from 268 762-0035 at 4:21 AM. Looked up area code and it is from Antigua/Barbuda....I never call back numbers unless I know the number. The weird thing just last night I read about the scam/warning coming from this area code in my local on-line hometown paper.

The perpetrators are using auto-dialing computer programs to make phone calls all over the country, according to an NBC report. Victims who call the number back are connected to a paid "adult entertainment service" located overseas.
Those unlucky callers are generally charged a $19.95 international call fee up front, plus $9 or more per minute for the unwanted "service." (In some cases, the scammers charge only a few bucks to the victim's bill to avoid suspicion.)
The BBB said the scam calls usually come from outside the United States, including from numbers with area codes 268, 809, 876, 284 and 473.
(Also in googling the number it seems like Verizon wiresless phone numbers are really getting hit - my service)

Got a second call from 268-762-0035. Just Ignore it I guess...

Got the same number as well as 268-762-0010.  Been getting these calls twice a day for a few days.  Do not return these calls...block the numbers.
