Is the supposed "call me at" number from a robocall claiming to be Brenda Jackson about "your gas account". Is is robocall phishing scam. Block number and/or ignore.

Just got a call from this number. Same Brenda Jackson and "gas account". Called. Person not at their desk...pushed "1", got someone, informed me it was a "wrong number" and would take it out of their system. Might be a scam or trying to get me to change propane company. Not going anywhere.

Also getting calls from 'Brenda Jackson' saying I have a problem with 'my natural gas account' - I don't use natural gas, never have. Will be reporting them to the local police, because they are obviously phishing for heavily medicated seniors.

Had message left on answering machine. Brenda Jackson calling about supply charge on invoice. Call 269-242-2951 and use reference number 686508. Called. Got message not at her desk, leave message. Didn't. Then looked up online and found this info.

Also got a call from Brenda Jackson w/ call back # (269) 242-2951 about gas supply charges.  I don't have a gas account so I knew it was a fraud.  My ref# was also given as 686508.

I work at a propane company and have had about 10 customers call saying "Brenda Jackson" called then about a bill for $1,100.00. I called this number and it sounds like you are calling Consumers Power/ DTE Energy. It's very deceiving. She is always away from her desk. I left her my name and number. It will be interesting to see if she calls back.

I just received the same message.  need to review supply charges on my gas account?  what the heck?

Just got a call on my answering machine from Brenda Jackson, too, with the same reference number - 686508.  I called back and got some other woman who told me I could save money by switchingmy gas  carrier to Ardent Natural Gas. She cited figures that were lower indeed than DTE gas per CCF.  But my supplier through DTE is Constellation  NewEnergy Gas which charged me .418700 per CCF for month of December. Not sure if that is fixed or variable.  Does anyone know if that is a good rate?

Got this same Brenda Jackson and knew this was a scam because we do not have gas in our home!

Call came from 610-546-2191 (Pennsylvania #), identified herself as Brenda Jackson, concerned about supply chgs on my "gas account".  Message indicated to call 269-242-2951 (Western Michigan #) & stated it was urgent & to reference a Ref # & have my statement available.  My gas & electric bill is a Mich company but did not identify as such otherwise I might have believed the urgency?

Received message from Brenda Jackson regarding supply charges on gas account. Call 249-242-2951 and use reference number 686508.
We have propane suspect this is a scam as others received the same reference number.

Same Brenda Jackson, same reference number 686508 and same supply charges on your gas acct.  told to call back and have your statement with you.

Message was inconmplete but matches the latter half of what everyone one else is reporting.  Starts with "you can call me back. My number is 269-242-2951.... reference number is 686508... and um please have a copy of your statement handy to review

Same as above , calling about gas service we don’t have. Thought of responding as a customer named U.  Fooling Me and giving our local sheriffs office non emergency no as a call back.

866-661-2112 same lady about student loan. scammer.
